Orders are only shipped out on business days. Business days include Monday-Friday and do not included weekends (Saturday-Sunday) announced vacation times or public holidays.

 

Shipping times are estimates and approximates which is 7-14 Business days.

Please be aware of possible delays around weather or holiday season.

Once packages are shipped off via UPS, we are no longer responsible for your package, It will no longer be in our control. Please refer to your tracking number for arrival time, tracking numbers will be sent to your email once shipped.

 

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email that means your order has not been shipped yet. Once received, Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

 

LOST, STOLEN AND/ OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

RichGoldHair is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. Please contact UPS if you’ve received a damaged package and file a claim save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim)

RICHGOLDHAIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING DURING SHIPPING, ONCE SHIPPED WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or instagram Direct message. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unpredicted delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as much in advance possible.
